This ‘website’ provides visitors with information and facilities for the activities of the ‘OPEN THEATER’

Subject matter and purpose of this policy

The purpose of this policy is to define the basic principles and rules according to which the ‘OPEN THEATER’ will collect and process personal data.

Data Collection-Processing and Protection

The user can visit the entire web page, as well as its subpages, without providing any personal information.

But there are some areas of the web page where the collection of the user’s personal data is required for specific purposes.

The ‘website’ can keep a record of and process for a period of one (1) year, any user data, such as name, email, phone (hereinafter ‘personal data’), contained in its knowledge, via the ‘website’.

The ‘website’ will collect users’ personal data only when they provide them voluntarily, in order to keep them informed of their cultural and educational activities.

User’s information is entered when sending a message, through the option CONTACT of the ‘website’, to provide additional information to the user, it will involve its consent to the collection and use of its personal data, under the terms of this policy. The user will be expressly invited to give his required consent before the process is completed (send a message) by accepting this agreement.

In particular, the user will accept and consent that the ‘website’, under the terms of Law 2472/1997 as amended by Law 3471/2006 and Privacy Regulation 679/2016, will keep a file and process for a period of one (1) year, the user’s personal data, to be collected through the website, for further information and service to the user. They may be processed for scientific, statistical or historical research purposes, as well as for more general promotion of products and services of the ‘OPEN THEATER’.

In addition, the user can consent to the ‘OPEN THEATER’ so that they are sent product and/or service updates by any means of electronic communication. In any case, the user can choose not to receive updates.

Any user at any time retains the right to access, update, correct, delete or object to the further processing of his or her personal data under Articles 11, 12 and 13 of Privacy Act 2472/97.
